1. Operator and acceptance
NovaTech Ads Operations is operated by Nova Tech AI Limited. By authorizing or using the application, you confirm that you are permitted to act for the relevant organization and Google Ads accounts and agree to these terms.
2. Authorized users
The application is intended for Nova Tech AI Limited administrators and other expressly authorized personnel. You must protect your account, use accurate account information, and immediately report suspected unauthorized access.
3. Permitted use
You may use the application to review authorized advertising performance, reconcile business reports, select Ads customer accounts, and synchronize creative assets that have completed rights checks and human approval.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use the application to access accounts without permission, violate Google policies or applicable law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, or generate, distribute, or facilitate non-consensual intimate imagery.
5. Google services
Google Ads and Google authorization services are provided by Google under Google's own terms. Google may change its APIs, permissions, availability, and policies. You remain responsible for your Google Ads account, advertising content, budgets, billing, and compliance.
6. Creative assets and human approval
You must have sufficient rights to every asset submitted for synchronization. Passing technical validation does not establish ownership or policy compliance. The application does not automatically launch campaigns, activate ads, change budgets, or set bids.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to protect accounts, investigate misuse, comply with law or platform policy, or maintain the service. An administrator may stop using the application and revoke Google access at any time.
8. Availability and disclaimers
The application is provided on an as-available basis. Reports may be delayed or differ from finalized Google Ads billing data. To the extent permitted by law, Nova Tech AI Limited disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for decisions made without reviewing the authoritative Google Ads account and billing records.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nova Tech AI Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the application, third-party services, delayed reports, or unauthorized use outside our reasonable control.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the application changes. Updated terms take effect when published unless stated otherwise. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without limiting mandatory rights that apply under other law.
